Cija (pronounced Kia) Jefferson is a writer, and author of Sonic Memories/and other essays. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore, and BA from Sarah Lawrence College. Her writing has been featured in multiple publications including Sisters from AARP, Linden Avenue Literary Journal, and Baltimore Style. Her essay Summer in a Bottle was nominated for Best of the Net 2019.
